We provide print-on-demand services, meaning books are only printed upon receiving your order. You can trust that you'll receive a freshly printed copy of the book.

Typically, orders are delivered within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Minimum freight costs of AUD$15.00 will apply to goods delivered within Australia. For New Zealand Customers, a minimum freight cost of NZ$25.00 will apply.

The live shipping rates are calculated considering the weight of the items and your delivery location. These rates are compared against those offered by our multiple courier services at the time of checkout. The freight costs from our carriers are clearly shown both at checkout and on your invoice for complete transparency. Rest assured, we strive to provide you with the most competitive rates.

All freight costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

“GOODS” means any books or resources ordered from the Company by the Customer pursuant to our Terms of Trade.
