To support this, we offer a $100 discount per order for groups of three or more from the same school, when booked in a single transaction. Please note, this discount applies once per school and cannot be claimed across multiple separate bookings.

The Cost of School Culture Summit – Sydney, 21–22 May 2026 brings together international keynotes and leading Australian voices who will confront the hard truths head-on. Over two days, participants will examine why reform efforts so often fail and discover the systems and practices required to rebuild culture, set clear expectations, and lift performance.

Every speaker will challenge assumptions, provoke new thinking, and provide practical frameworks that leaders can apply immediately in their schools.

Cancellations

• More than 60 days prior to the event: Full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days prior to the event: Non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to orders@hawkerbrownlow.com.

Transfers and Changes

You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost up to 7 working days before the event. To transfer your registration or update your workshop preferences, please email orders@hawkerbrownlow.com with the new attendee’s details or your updated selection.

Event Cancellation, Postponement or Inability to Attend

In the unlikely event that the Cost of School Culture Summit - Sydney - 21–22 May 2026 is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, acts of terrorism or government restrictions), registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event. If you cannot attend due to:

• Government-imposed travel restrictions
• Testing positive for COVID-19
• Isolation requirements due to being a close contact

Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to:

• Transfer your registration to another person
• Offer you a credit for a future event
• Provide a full refund (if notified at least 7 days before the event)
